We are intellectual property attorneys.

We protect our clients products, their brands, their businesses from getting ripped off through patent, copyright and trademark law.

We counsel them on what's protect and then how to protect it as well as we look at to make sure that they're not infringing on someone else's rights so that they don't start using a brand or a product that then they receive a cease and desist letter and have to start all over or potentially pay damages.

We do not however generally sue people for infringement.

We may deal with some disputes, send out t synthesis letters, respond to them on behalf of our clients, but we generally are not going to be taking people to court.

That's not what we do.

We do have other attorneys.

We know we work with that.

We can always refer you to if that is the case as intellectual property attorneys.

We are very tech savvy.

We use tech to our advantage.

So I travel a lot.

I work from all over the world and it's all because all I really need is a good internet connection and we use tools like this.

This is called clarity flow.

So if you called my office and none of the times available work for you or you took this option to try out this new technology to connect with me, then you'll be able to record a message and send it.

You'll see that there are some buttons here, you can do it.

You can share your screen to show me something, just your camera, your mic.

Of course, if you're talking or you can even just speak a message to me without the camera and then you can always send a text message.

So there's all those different options there as ways to communicate back and forth with us.

What this will allow us to do is you can send something and sometimes I might be able to respond to it faster than what would be our next open time slot to speak.

So if none of the times are good or even if you have scheduled a call, but just want to speed things up, you could try this, let me know a little bit about yourself, a little bit about your business or what you plan to do in your business and what you're looking to do with us.

Are you looking to protect the brand trademark, which could be a slogan, a logo or actually a product or brand name, product or company name? Or are you looking to protect an invention which would be a patent or are you looking to protect the unique design of a product which would be a design patent or you're looking to protect some sort of a work of art, whether it be uh a book, a script, a song, photo, photography, artwork, things like that, that would fall into the copyright category.
